We first started working with Metal Techniques in 1988 and we have always found them to be helpful and attentive to our needs. If something needed to be built from an idea in passing or on paper they would always make it happen. From design to manufacture, Metal Techniques has shown that their expertise in sheet metal work really is second to none. FireBus LLC is a technology OEM and systems integrator of fire protection systems that are designed and built to precise requirements and standards.  As such, we must rigorously evaluate suppliers using our Quality Management System (QMS) which considers supplier competencies, technology, experience, references, interaction & communications timeliness, QA/QC procedures and the like.      We then source from the supplier during a “trial period” and evaluate on many other criteria prior to placing them on our Approved Vendor List (AVL).  We placed Metal Techniques on our AVL because they met all the basic QMS requirements and performed flawlessly during the trial period.   However they have earned our business as our preferred supplier of custom metal fabrication because they greatly exceeded our expectations.  What I personally enjoy the most is that Metal Techniques is a highly successful, family-owned business run by wonderful people with a strong moral compass.   Metal Techniques is a key part of making FireBus LLC a success.
